Meet the team
With thirty years in the hotel meeting sales and catering industry, Kim has strategically planned and coordinated events ranging from National Sales Meetings, annual conferences, board retreats, large scale event productions and corporate/employee incentives throughout the world. Prior to the inception of Meeting Dynamics in 1996, Kim held several sales, marketing, and operations positions in the hospitality and events industries, including management positions with major hotel chains, a marketing firm, and a nationally recognized production company. It is there she developed her skills in the field of contract negotiations, food and beverage development, and event production.
Experienced Corporate Event Planner
Kim has worked throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, South America and Mexico. By working closely with her exceptional team, she ensures that all details surrounding an event are executed with the intent of complete success from her client’s perspective. If asked about her job description, Kim would say “my job is to make sure that every event has that “wow” factor, that the client is ecstatic, and everyone leaves with a smile on their face. I think that is the best part of my job.”

Jennifer began her career with Meeting Dynamics over ten years ago. Her extensive hotel, vast technology knowledge and design ability bring insight and professionalism to the team. Jennifer is an excellent multi- tasker, and is highly organized. Jennifer uses her skills to problem solve, be creative, and add flexibility to help produce corporate events and meetings. She provides customized detailed registration websites to suit each events needs. She also works closely with clients to build outstanding events from the ground up. Her strong communication skills provide excellent customer service. Jennifer is passionate about building lasting relationships with clients, and provides stress free exceptional events.
Jeannie has been with Meeting Dynamics for eight years. Her successful career in both the hotel sales and catering industries has enabled her to provide detail oriented event coordination. She excels in logistics and operations. Jeannie has experience planning a wide range of events from National Sales meetings to small board meetings, and everything in between. As the head of our newly opened Los Angeles office, her customer service and organizational skills are invaluable to her clients as she plans and executes flawless events.
Sierra is an invaluable part of our team. She represents our island sales division working together with our clients and island contacts to create exceptional meetings and incentives in tropical locations. Her enthusiastic demeanor and outgoing nature together with our clients make for exceptional events.

Teri brings years of organizational support to Meeting Dynamics. Her background in child development and teaching provide a unique skill set that enable her to produce outstanding kids programs for our groups when families are included. Incentive programs are her specialty, as the kids think she is amazing! Teri also is instrumental in the design of creative off site events and activities as well as remarkable corporate gifting ideas. She amazes clients with her creativity. Her attention to detail means that events and meetings go smoothly from concept to completion.
Should your event require extensive additional staff, Madison is our girl. Her hospitality knowledge and experience lends itself to a large contact base which allows interns from all over to work with Meeting Dynamics to ensure our clients events are well staffed with competent interns.
Elija handles the coordination of transportation needs for every event. From full size buses to Sprinters to sedans, Elija ensures that everyone gets from one place to another. His extensive background in detailed coordinating of airline arrivals and departures and working with airports and hotels ensures that everyone arrives safely.
